This project is situated in Balahovit village, Kotayk province, Armenia, on a 1128 sqm plot of land. The house has been thoughtfully designed for a family of
five with a limited budget, aiming to create a welcoming haven complete with a pool and an outdoor gathering area. The primary concept behind the design
revolves around clustering the living spaces around a central core. This core encompasses the entrance and a hall, providing direct access to the backyard
and serving as a nexus between private and public zones.
“Byblos Bank Armenia” Baghramyan branch has been designed in a new brand style which is located in a three-storey building.
The color solutions are dominated by brand purple and yellow. The first floor of the building is intended for the customer service, and the offices are placed into the second and third floors. The technical rooms and the room of the security officer are located in the basement.
The facade works were carried out with travertine stone slabs. The front adjacent to Baghramyan Avenue has large glass openings on the first floor, and the front part of the other floors is separated by a metal protective lattice.

We present the architectural design and interior decoration works of the apartment located in Tsarav Aghbyur 55/33.
According to our customer’s request, the interior was designed in a minimalist style, without unnecessary decorations and luxuries, but thanks to the right choice of high quality materials, this interior has become warm, comfortable and modern.
The floors of the living room and bedrooms are covered with wooden parquet, and the floors of the entrance and kitchen are covered with ceramic granite.

The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a newly built building on Orbeli street. The interior has been designed in a modern style. The layout of the apartment has been revised and organized in combination with open spaces. Taking into account the customer’s lifestyle and preferences, the emphasis was on soundproofing և fire resistance of the walls. Almost the whole floor of the apartment is covered with laminate and the white and bright apartment is furnished with colored furniture.
